I am able to specialize services to clients in the areas they need it most. Bookkeeping is essential in the background, and I've learned that accuracy in this area not only provides reporting for banking needs and meeting regulations, but it is also a tool used for growth-analysis and maintaining a balance for the owner and manager's focused-time spent. I enjoy helping with target-marketing solutions and stream-lining employee work systems for increased productivity. Having been an owner with employees, I understand insurance audits, workers compensation set-up and audits and how to implement company policies to protect both the company and the individuals you work with.
I understand the bottom line: making a living by providing a product or service to the community in a way that is also beneficial to your family. Sometimes this concept is forgotten in the details and energy spent as an owner. I am glad to help your company troubleshoot areas that affect your bottom line. I have been self-employed all of my adult years, managing all areas of operations for a retail store, industry-specific services and real estate property management. I have started businesses and successfully completed business plans which have been awarded multiple SBA loans.
