QuickBooks experience since 1999 including:

Proper set up or corrections for every area of the company file such as chart of accounts, payroll services, liability reports and payments, inventory set up and valuation, customer base and invoicing, sales tax set up and balancing, items list, budgeting, etc.

Proficient in QBO, QuickBooks Enterprise Solutions, Premier, Pro, Basic

Key employee replacement:

Sudden illness or other situations can leave you without a key employee, and time is of the essence to fill this position.  I may be able to fill the position with as little loss to your operation as possible.

 

Troubleshooting problem areas:

Evaluating sales and costs can reveal the source of an issue affecting profitability.  Planning a correction and streamlining the procedure to improve the area is unique in every business.  Training is provided for key personnel.

Reporting to correctly represent the financial aspects of a business is needed for many reasons, but reports can provide information to assist you in evaluating specific areas of the income and expenses and to improve your expected outcomes. Accurate reporting should be such that the manager can make decisions with. Of what use is financial reporting if it doesn't help you identify where adjustments are needed?
